Application Process for Royal Oaks Apartments:
- Application:
- To be filled out online, stop in our office today to learn more.
- Submission of Application:
Provide the front and back of your current government issued ID, two months of bank statements, two months of current paystubs.
- Proof of Income:
- Prepare at least two years of supporting documents as proof of income.
- Attach these documents to your application. Refer to the application for specific details on the required proof of income documents.
- Application Fee:
Include an application fee of $40.00 for each adult over 18 applying.
- The application fee should be in the form of a cashier's check or money order made out to "Royal Oaks Apartments."
